概要	終末期看護を提供している介護保険施設の介護職員を対象に、がん患者に提供している終末期医療の実際について半構造化面接を行った。疼痛緩和を含む緩和医療の必要性と認知症高齢者の意思決定支援が必要であることが分かった。
