概要	This study examined work engagement and burnout among medical professionals who worked in maternity wards of hospitals. 277 responses (182 from midwives, 66 from nurses, and 53 from obstetricians) were analyzed.Scores for vigor of midwives (2.88±1.07) were significantly higher than those for nurses (2.32±0.98), and there was no significant difference between midwives and obstetricians (3.23±1.45).
