概要	The purpose of this study was to clarify the concept of “comfort in the daily life of people with dementia.” We searched for original articles published between 2000 and 2018 using ICHUSHI Web Ver. 5 and CiNii Articles, PubMed, MEDLINE, and Psyc INFO databases. The keywords used were “dementia”, and “comfort”. Twenty-seven articles were extracted, and we analyzed them with reference to Rodgers’ evolutionary method of concept analysis. Analysis revealed nine categories. These categories were disaggregated into elements related to individuals (such as “appearance of mental stability shown through facial expressions”) and elements related to the environment (such as “peaceful living”).
