概要	Modification of previous mental support system at Kobe earthquake time made it possible for team members to avoiding burnout and not to excessive intrusion to the disaster victims. Prior to the actual support activity, both local government adjusted the schedule and area to cover which system was useful in Kobe earthquake. Collaboration of support team and local staff is important in increasing the effect of this support activity which was learned in Kobe earthquake. In this way, “moderate but consistent” support approach will be important in mental support after natural disaster.
