概要	n this case, the repeat SPECT scan, done after symptoms had resolved, showed recovery of perfusion in the right lateral temporal cortex. This finding supports our hypothesis that the patient’s secondary OCD symptoms were mediated by cortical hypoperfusion in this area. The increase in temporal rCBF after 18 months of paroxetine treatment may have been related to improvement in depressive or OCD symptoms. There have been several reports of increased temporal rCBF after treatment of depression.
